Strategic communications is the process of aligning a company’s communication efforts with the fundamental business and strategic goals. The vital element is communicating something to the world and simultaneously formulating the best specific message, targeting the right group and using the most effective tools. A good strategic communications approach always requires a thorough understanding of issues, goals, and the environment and coordination between the various corporate departments and efforts in order to ensure maximum value efficiency.

Events can be vital assets to company business goals: a successful event can amplify awareness of brands, products, and messages, and help establish and deepen important relations with stakeholders, influencers and other target groups. Within our event management practice, we plan, organize, and co-ordinate events in line with the designated strategic objectives. We manage all and every aspect of an event, from the initial strategic concept through the co-ordination and promotion to the final evaluation. 
In recent years, we have organized a diverse array of events, including corporate workshops, CSR-events, conferences, press events, concerts and roadshows. In 2015, we have been responsible for organizing the 6 months-long program of the Hungarian Pavilion at Expo Milano, an event that was attended by more than 20 million people. We planned and organized approximately 200 programs from concerts to conferences, exhibitions, protocol events, and flash mobs, while also coordinating and managing the project administration, controlling, catering, communications, sponsorship, marketing, creative, and logistics tasks of the Hungarian Expo participation.
