Mallbeck Consulting is an independent consultancy based in Budapest and working with partners across Europe.

Our work is centred on European project development and funding.

We support organisations that have expertise, ideas and ambitions but need additional capacity to transform them into competitive international projects.

Our approach combines strategic thinking, proposal development, research, communication and project management. We work closely with our partners to understand not only what they want to do, but why it matters, who should be involved and which funding framework can make it possible.

Over the years, we have developed an extensive network of civil society organisations, public institutions, municipalities, experts and other partners across Central and Eastern Europe and the wider European Union.

This allows us to go beyond proposal writing. We help create projects from the ground up.
